RAAL PERFORMS THE SIZING OF HEAT EXCHANGERS AND COOLING SYSTEMS USING ITS OWN SOFTWARE, BASED ON THE THEORETICAL STUDIES AND ON THE RESULTS OF THOUSANDS OF PERFORMED TESTS. RAAL USES FEA (FINITE ELEMENT ANALYSIS) TO SIMULATE THE STRUCTURAL, FLOW AND VIBRATION STRESS CONDITIONS.
RAAL engineers have great experience in tool and die designing and in designing the equipment required during the manufacturing process.
A special chapter is the design and optimization of new generations of fin forming machines, covering a variety of fins and turbulators.
The performances and structural features of the new products are validated in RAAL testing centre, based on the technical specifications and the parameters obtained by data acquisition on customer’s equipment.
Testing centre capabilities include:
Testing the thermal and fluid-dynamic features on the wind tunnel.
Testing of internal cleanliness.
Chemical tests and accelerated corrosion tests.
Testing the structural features: burst pressure, cycle pressure, thermal cycle, vibrations and shocks at ambient temperature or at high temperatures in climate chamber.
Experienced and highly qualified, provides a very short development and assimilation cycle in production.
